The hardest thing you’ll face while blogging is realizing that it’s just too much work to do alone. While your 1,000-word regimen will allow you to post four or five items—or one big one, if you’re in the mood—you’ll soon realize that the amount of news you’re missing is becoming a detriment to the growth and evolution of the site. It’s a good problem to have.

We bloggers are often loath to admit we need help. We do. Blogging is difficult and constant work, and even the best bloggers eventually bring on teams of people to help them cover the day’s news.
