Chapter Nine Realize the Opportunity

Once you’ve identified a nondisruptive opportunity to pursue and found a way to unlock it, the next step is to realize it. This third and final building block aims to help you achieve this in a high-value, low-cost way. In this chapter, we first lay out the key enablers you need and discuss how to secure them.
