6Scoring the Authenticity Assessment
Now you have the information you need to assess how authentic you are on your path to become an authentic leader. To begin, you will determine your level of authenticity by calculating your score for the responses you made for each dimension of authenticity.
You should have transferred your responses for each of the Authenticity Assessment scores to the chart on the next page. If you have not, go back to each section’s question and transfer your answer to the chart on the next page.
