Limbs

We’re going to look at the signals given out by our limbs in this Lesson. As you’ll see, so much of our body language is conveyed through the hands, arms, legs and feet. We’ll also look at the various displacement activities and self-comfort gestures that are associated with our limbs and how they leak information that gives away our true feelings.
