No doubt over the years youâve picked up on the various ways we all communicate â facial expressions, the way we stand or sit, gestures such as crossing our arms in a particular way, the position or tilt of the head or direction of the eyes. All these movements express something â even without accompanying speech. How you perform these movements contributes to creating the image that you present and will determine peopleâs perceptions of you.
Itâs very rare for any of us, when weâre talking to people, to believe that our words alone can convey the right message.
