Try flirting without using body language. Go on, give it a go. Surprise, surprise! It can’t be done. You simply can’t convey romantic interest without the body getting into the act. To play a really successful game of flirtation, your body has to speak what your mouth mustn’t say.

When you’re feeling good about yourself you focus your eyes, position your mouth and manoeuvre your shoulders, hips and hands in ways that send out signals saying, ‘Check me out! I think you’re hot!’ After you get a person’s attention, you shift gears to hold onto your target’s interest and move the attraction to another level. Having captured and conquered the unsuspecting or equally interested party, your body moves in new ways demonstrating comfort, ease and familiarity. Observe how long-term lovers anticipate one another’s actions by the way they move in sync with their partners.
