Craft Your Own Definition of Leadership
EVERY LEADER needs to be grounded in what leadership actually means. If you don’t know how to define the very thing you’re trying to do, how can you be successful at it? Seems obvious, but you’d be surprised by the number of leaders who don’t know how to adequately explain leadership. When asked, “What does leadership mean to you?” many leaders are stumped; they’re unable to offer a concise definition of the practice and art of leading others.
