Your values

As we said in the previous chapter, if your brand is a building, then your talents are the bedrock on which it rests. Your values are the foundations. Although your values are below the surface, they determine the shape of the building. If you apply your talents in accordance with your values, you can build a very strong brand.

Identifying your values

Your values are what you believe is important. They are evident in the way you do things. Values can range from a belief in hard work or punctuality to deeper principles such as self-reliance, concern for others or harmony with the environment.
