Tier 3—Lead Security-Risk Assessor

Abstract

The Lead Security-Risk Assessor role is that of management of the combination of Security Assessment and Risk Assessment. It may actually be two separate roles or, in smaller organizations, a single role that has separate or combined security and risk assessment components. This role also is the interface between technical skills of the risk assessors and those whose systems and environments are being assessed.
