I invite you to reflect on this question: Are you prepared to accept that others may see you differently than you see yourself? Prior to conducting a personal leadership audit, it is advisable to take stock of how ready you are to truly learn about how you lead. However, be warned. Unless you possess a real willingness to readily explore, accept, and work with any data that you receive, it is inadvisable to even start the process.
