By seeing trends in a sea of information and recognizing the relationships and connections among seemingly unrelated facts, successful executive women weave stories that explain the meaning of situations. They draw parallels between the situation at hand and past situations, sometimes using metaphors, to help others understand. And in sharing their insights in a simple straightforward way, they reduce or even eliminate the intimidation factor that comes with revealing brilliance.
