Changing the Way We Do Projects
An organization’s culture is durable because it is “the way we do things around here.” The BA practice is called upon to shepherd changes to the way organizations select projects, develop and manage requirements, run projects, and determine project success.
The BA practice manager/lead and the team of business analysts are an unstoppable force to change the way we do projects, driving attention toward business benefits, customer value, creativity, and innovation. In this chapter, we examine the key changes needed in the way we do projects to:
