Communicating Strategically

Strategic communication is not like your typical business communication—often a status update in the form of a one-page slide cluttered with information. Keep in mind that your communication is typically delivered to an information-overload sponsor or steering committee. Your communication needs to be concise, targeted, and always focused on business value as perceived by the audience.
