Now that presumably the first three steps have been taken effectively, it is time to consider the change in action, attitude, or behavior that you wish to see. There are barriers, and overcoming them is no small feat; it usually requires some spark, or active effort, on your part. In this chapter we’ll focus on some of the more pesky barriers to change, and we’ll offer some strategies for sparking action.
