So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
Many traditional project management methodologies are based on dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s before setting off. Project requirements are drafted and redrafted, reviewed, revised, revamped and examined from every possible angle before any real work is done – whereas there’s a view in some circles that agile is all about making it up as you go along, starting off with a vague idea and then winging it.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Yes it’s true that the first goal is to get feedback quickly on a basic release. Yes, it’s also true that subsequent deliveries build on that foundation. And yes it’s very true ...
