I’ve been waiting for a sign

Once you’ve decided on the points you’ve got to make, and the order you’re going to make them in, that’s the hard part of your structure sorted. But next you have to decide how you’re going to convey that structure. You’re going to need sub-headings of some kind, to help your readers suss out which bits are where (especially if you’ve boldly changed the traditional order in which those bits are going to appear).
