In our fifth and final skill we’ll cover the topic of giving constructive feedback. We’ll use some fresh principles and perspectives to offer new ideas about what may be a familiar topic. In this chapter we’ll cover what we mean by feedback, the principles of giving constructive feedback, plus some of the natural barriers we might encounter. As usual I’ll offer hints, tips and guidance, as well as some exercises to encourage your learning in this area.
