How does our ego limit our ability to coach?

Here we’ll look at how one of the big barriers to coaching other people is our own sense of self, our ego. We’ll look at the challenge of relaxing our natural urge to retain a sense of control during a conversation, for example to solve the problem or know the answer. I’ll also explain how this compulsion runs much deeper than a learnt management style.
