Bargaining and haggling cannot go on for ever, and there comes the time when you must clinch the deal. The use of high-pressure closing techniques by unscrupulous salespeople is one reason why sales and negotiations have a somewhat tarnished image. This should not stop you using similar techniques in an ethical fashion.
There is a very simple closing technique that you will learn. If that doesn’t work you are into the situation where you have to put your opponent under pressure.
