Michael had been in sales for over 10 years and had been very successful. In the past six months, however, his results were below target, which he put down to a belief that his industry was in decline. His colleagues complained that it was becoming harder to meet targets and this negativity made him feel worse. One day he decided it was time to find a more lucrative product to sell.
