They are three of the most important image-sharing sites. Flickr (part of Yahoo!) and Picassa (part of Google) operate in a broadly similar way.
How do they work?
With each of these sites you can upload your photos to the cloud and store them for future use, so from this perspective every person who takes photos should be using these sites. Often after a house fire people are most upset about losing their photo albums and memories.
