Usually larger businesses tend to be more aware of risk than smaller businesses, but there are risks involved in using social media even if you have taken every reasonable security step that you can. Before looking at these risks, let’s first say that you don’t really have much choice any more about using social media: your clients are there, so you really need to be there too.
