This chapter will look at checkpoints for you to ascertain how well your workshop is going. Many facilitators say, ‘I think it’s going well. . .’ But you need more than a hunch, as at the end of the day it’s too late to rectify anything. We will look at the good practice of handing out evaluation forms at the outset and how this feedback can be your biggest friend. Beware the after-lunch/mid-afternoon drop in energy. People will remember your workshop if it ends on a high. Don’t fall into the trap of letting the day run down to the end as people ‘seem’ weary.
