Aligning with Performance

Companies that are most successful in implementing work-life supports ensure they are creating environments where success is measured based on outcomes and performance, rather than simply on employees’ physical presence in the office. Before technology allowed employees to work anywhere, traditional management often focused on the number of hours spent in the office. Did the employee come to work each day? Was he on time?
