Aligning with Teams

Organizations increase the chances of successfully implementing work-life supports when they consider teams in the process. As in all of the considerations for work-life supports, teams can be both a help and a hindrance to work-life supports. In fact, teamwork and collaboration are identified as one of the most important reasons for organizations to avoid allowing flexible working.
