Leading for the Business Case
Work-life supports are good business. They are good for employees and employers, and the process of adopting work-life supports requires adaptation. Organizations often require a strong business case before they implement work-life supports. When creating one, it is advantageous to consider the stakeholders to whom the business case will be sold and the decision-making approaches the organization will embrace.
