I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Appendix Channel Allocation
The channel allocation shown here conforms to the requirements of CEA/ANSI 542-B, which specifies the correspondence between channel number and frequency for North America. This standard was developed by the joint EIA (now CEA)/NCTA Engineering Committee, and the original version has been adopted by the FCC as the standard for channel allocations in the United States. (As of this writing, FCC rules refer to the standard by its old working designation, IS-132.) Picture carrier frequencies are shown, even for QAM signals that have but do not transmit a carrier.
The channel extends from 1.25 MHz below the analog picture carrier, to 4.75 MHz above. For QAM signals, the carrier is in the center of the channel. For 8-VSB ...
