A proposal for a broadcasting or relay station will include a knowledge of suitable antennas and at least an appropriate location. In order to establish if such a proposition is viable a budgetary estimate of cost to meet a target completion date will be required. Preliminary information from many sources will have to be collated to produce the necessary financial, programming and planning details.
