Realigning Your Resource Portfolio

We have so far focused on the resource pathways framework to help you select the most appropriate way of obtaining new resources. But the framework has broader utility, because resources constantly change. In this chapter, we discuss how you can use the framework to realign your resource portfolio by increasing control over some resources, decreasing control over others, and completely divesting those that no longer add value.
