Tools

Provide a common group of tools in your Data Centers. This makes a server environment more usable and can save a system administrator or network engineer a significant amount of time if they need to work on a piece of equipment and don't happen to bring tools with them. This isn't just a convenience issue—when downtime occurs, every minute that doesn't have to be spent retrieving tools is hopefully how much faster devices can be brought back online.
