I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Introduction
Even though we may be able to get a robot to do many different things and perform different tasks, we will never be able to build a single robot that can perform every task or do everything imaginable. Even a general-purpose robot is limited by the number or types of sensors it has or by the types of end effectors it possesses. We may only have access to a stationary robot where a mobile robot is needed. It might be determined that a four-wheeled tractor has the required type of mobility, and as it turns out, the robot we have is bipedal or has been designed with only two wheels.
