This chapter reviews another element of our conscious leadership model, which is reflexivity. Reflexivity involves more than reflecting upon a prior experience; it involves analysing and interpreting with acute focus our experience of past events and the role that our beliefs, values, ideas, vocabulary, emotions and behaviours play in generating our social results.
