Oracle Enterprise Manager EMCLI API for Chargeback
Oracle Enterprise Manager provides metering for resources within the cloud. In a private cloud, this is generally useful as a “showback” solution, as issuing a bill in not always a requirement. However, this is not the case with a public cloud. To meet the requirements of service providers to implement sophisticated pricing plans, or to issue bills to consumers, Oracle Enterprise Manager provides a mechanism to export usage and charge information in the CSV format using the Enterprise Manager Command Line Interface (EMCLI).
