Chapter 2 looked at and unpacked the 0 to 10RM Matrix into its components. Now for the details! This chapter examines each of the vendor, supplier and partner segments and the eleven 0 to 10RM relationship types and takes a deeper look into their specific qualities with accompanying examples and stories.
The 11 relationship types on the 0 to 10RM Matrix are illustrated in figure 3.1 (overleaf). This figure presents the circular view of Type Zero relationships and all other relationship types within the vendor, supplier and partner segments.
