Chapter 7: The 12/12/6 Roadmap Process

While the 12/12/6 roadmap theme sits at the bottom edge of the simplified 0 to 10RM storyboard (figure 1.1 or the right-hand side of the full storyboard on the 0 to 10RM website at <www.0to10rm.com>) it should not be regarded as the end point of a process but rather another milestone on the journey of improvement. The 12/12/6 roadmap is often used to detail the ‘What to do — tactical’ level action plans associated with the Let’s Go change model.
