This appendix provides a sample of a master negotiation terms sheet for general agreements and commercial frameworks associated with long-term or collaborative strategic relationships (that is, Type 7 Key, Type 8 Partnering and Alliancing, Type 9 Pioneering and Type 10 Community relationships). This example (see table A1) is intended to be read as a sample table and its content is intended as illustrative only. Advice from qualified legal practitioners or guidance from relationship management consultants with specialist expertise should be sought when considering any legally binding contractual or agreement framework terms. There is more information about negotiating agreements in chapter 4.
