Background information
Introduction
This survey is being conducted to determine the views of local councillors on new development in the countryside. The results of this will form part of a new book being written by Ruth Reed, PPRIBA, and published by the Royal Institute of British Architects. It is to advise planners and architects how to prepare and present applications for high quality proposals on these sensitive sites. Your knowledge and opinions on rural development are important in making this book an effective tool.
