This appendix contains descriptions of how to configure the commercial off the shelf (COTS) and sample software equipped with this book on the accompanying CD. Because of the highly dynamic nature involved in vendor software releases, the information in this appendix is perhaps the most sensitive-to-change information in the book. Also note that much of the material in this appendix is very dry and reference-oriented by nature. We thus recommend that you not read this information in one sitting but rather refer to each section of this appendix as you encounter examples that depend on that section's contents. ...
