Metrics Reporting Process

Project measurements that have been collected during project execution are compiled into a report used to validate whether customer expectations were satisfied and that expected benefits have been or will be achieved. Table 13-2a lists the templates used during this process. Figure 13-2 shows the process flow diagram, Table 13-2b shows the process step description, and Table 13-2c contains the RRAA matrix.
