Cisco Systems awards a Cisco Powered Network certification to service providers that demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of network availability for their services. A Cisco Powered Network certification not only guarantees certain network performance criteria, it also recognizes excellence in network security and operations.
In the course of working with the major service providers around the world, the Cisco Powered Network program has developed checklists to guide its members toward best practices in design and construction of networks and data centers.
