So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Chapter 8. Getting to Know AI Builder
We got our first taste of AI in Chapter 7 with Power Virtual Agents, a tool we can use to create chatbots that have a conversational feel. Those solutions are designed to collect data via a simple conversation, and they can use natural language processing to understand phrases like “two days from today,” or that “five” and “5” have the same meaning. While Power Virtual Agents focuses on conversations using automation and natural language, AI Builder gives us the means to create different types of solutions that are simple for humans but complex to have machines do. For example, if you want to look for a bicycle in an image, or record business card information into a spreadsheet, or even look at an image and create tags and captions for the purpose of searching images in a library, AI Builder can take care of these scenarios. AI Builder can also delve into some more complex things, like predicting future sales based on historical sales data. Now that we have high-level understanding of how AI Builder differs from Power Virtual Agents, we’re going to kick it up a gear and talk about how we can start incorporating AI into your business processes with AI Builder!
