2. Creating a Simple Content Site

Content sites make up a large portion of the Internet. After all, the Web was created for consuming text, and a lot of what people still do there is reading text on a web page. Although making a content site responsive on a touch device is very important, many content sites aren’t particularly responsive.

In this chapter we’ll build a website about birds in California for our client, the Awesome Bird Foundation.
