Creating a Logical Branch in a Workflow Step to Control the Flow of a Workflow Process
Not only can you use the workflow platform to send e-mail messages, create documents, build strings, and set field values, you can also use it with conditional branches. With conditional branches, you can create if/then statements to control the flow of workflow logic. For example, if you want a certain step in a workflow to run only when a particular field value is true, you would create a condition in the Workflow Designer that contains that statement.
