After you get a brand-new, shiny red super-stock blog (see the preceding chapter), it’s time to integrate it with your website. And of course you need to integrate your website with your blog. After that’s done, you’re on your way to getting your message out to the world. And of course, you know how to get your posts found by search engines; if not, we show you how in Chapter 1 of this minibook.

After all, creating a good blog and then populating it with interesting posts that are search engine–friendly are the building blocks of a successful blog. You built it, they came, and now you need them to come back. And the best way to get them back is to feed them your content as soon as it’s posted, which you do by creating an RSS (really simple syndication) feed that automatically informs subscribers when a new post is created. Automation is a wonderful thing.
