The success of the Values Blueprint and culture change rests on how well the values are integrated into the organization, and a major part of integration is effectively communicating the meaning of those values to both employees and customers. There is an observable difference in the quality of customer loyalty, and thus the bottom-line results, between companies who make communication of values to both employees and customers a priority and those who believe it will take care of itself.
