Built-to-Change Strategy:Move Business Decision Making Down the Organization
The designing process in the B2Change Model must address three important questions that form the basis of an effective dynamic alignment:
- What kind of information do you collect, and how do you communicate it?
- How do you measure individuals, units, and the organization as whole?
- Who should be involved in making decisions?
