Trying to figure out how to price your work fairly can be a daunting task. In my experience, most clients prefer working with fixed-bid pricing; they take comfort in knowing exactly what they are going to get for exactly what price. On the designer side, there is comfort in knowing exactly what you are going to charge for the scope of work.
