INTRODUCTION
This chapter is concerned with two of the key elements of RE: validating the requirements that have been elicited and analysed, and managing the requirements in such a way that they can be traced from source to delivery. The approaches taken to validating and managing requirements vary depending upon the project context and organisational standards.
