This BASF service is concerned with supporting the deployment of the business changes and the post-change review. During the project, the BA should have developed a good understanding of the structure, climate and culture of the organisation, knowledge that is essential for the smooth introduction of change. They are also likely to be involved in finding out whether or not the predicted business benefits have been attained and, if not, what needs to be done to realise them.
