About the Author
Payal Mehra received her master's degree in business administration from the Department of Business Administration, University of Lucknow. After a brief stint as a corporate communications executive at the Usha Group of Companies, she joined the University of Lucknow as an adjunct lecturer while simultaneously pursuing her Ph.D from the Faculty of Commerce at the same university. She worked as a senior lecturer in the Jaipuria Institute of Management in Lucknow for ten years before joining the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in 2006 as an assistant professor in the communication area.
